I am getting crashes when loading plugins when I have activated the hardware controller option Presonus fader port studio 1 mode.

This is using the latest version X7 Samplitude on windows 10 using ASIO interface. It seems the offending dll is "SamControlPanel6" and I get a access violation or memory read error. What could be causing this? It appears to happen when the plugin interface is being opened or on intial loading of the plugin to a track. I have forwarded

Here is the crash log

@David-Carpenter7660 I would advise you to contact customer support at proservice@magix.net about this problem. Maybe some professional users at https://community.samplitude.com can help you with it. It's more likely they use hardware controllers.

I already contacted customer support at proservice still waiting for a reply..., and it won't let me sign up for the other forum https://community.samplitude.com says I am not allowed after registration is complete. If not for helping a client I would not have to muddle through the bugs of this software. No wonder it is full of bugs there is no way of properly reporting and resolving them to any effect.

This is the first time I tried I already have a Magix account and one here now another is needed but oops I am not permitted? Maybe it is only for paid users. Well that is not gonna happen, I am going to continue to recommend geez I don't know any other DAW then this one what a joke!

@David-Carpenter7660 I believe certain e-mail addresses from providers like Hotmail are blocked on this forum. You need to use another provider.
