Crash when exiting the program, Qt5CoreMx64Qt5.15.1.dll

Hello,

I have Problems with Photostory Deluxe

It crash when exiting the program. Also an update is not possible, because for this the program must be terminated and here the main program crashes and also the update installer.

The error message reads: Fehlermeldung im Modul "Qt5CoreMx64Qt5.15.1.dll (Ladeadresse: 0x0000FFFA64B0000) an Adresse 0x00007FFFA693CEC8 (Exception 0x0000005 "ACCESS_VIOLATION")

I am using: Photostory Deluxe (2022) Version 21.0.1.74 on Windows 10 with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 TI graphics card.

Is this a known problem?
Any suggestions?

Hi

For the crashing on exit see this solution - this may then fix the update issue.

If the update still does not proceed try temporarily disabling your Antivirus prior to updating - some AV programs are known to block the update.
