Converting Photostory 9 deluxe files so people can see them

I have generated voice annotated slide shows using a trial version of Photostory....9 deluxe software and would like to upload them somewhere where people can view them. How can I best do this? Is there a viewer for the files, or do they have to be converted to movies, and if so, what compression should I use so that they are not so large.

I don't know if the phrase Xtreme is associated with my S/W

I am not sure you can export with the trial version... I haven't used the trial version before.

I know if you want others to see it, you need to go to File, Export, Export as... I always use AVI unless I am putting it to a different media type. AVI is large but quality is good.
