@kenm12

Hi

We need more information:

Computer specification and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full, and also what monitor/screen resolution(s) your are working with.

I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.

Are the graphics card drivers up to date?

The amount of free space on the hard drive(s) you have.

Was there any error dialog that popped up when the crash occurred, if so what was the message - please quote in full?

A screen shot of the Program settings, Display options or Device options tab  would help.

Is there a specific event or action that triggers the crash?

If the crash is caused by adding a video clip to the project download and install MediaInfo and analyse one of the clips and post the results, see this tutorial on how to setup MediaInfo and analyse a video clip for all the data required.

If the crash occurs on exporting - which Export preset your are using

If possible, repeat the export and watch the Movie time counter in the export dialog, if it crashes note the Movie time when it crashed.  On the timeline zoom in to show about 30 secs either side of the movie time noted, take a screenshot and post it your reply.
