Content packs don't show up in Musicmaker 15

I downloaded and installed MM15, but after downloading and installing the content packs, they don't show up in my soundpools, or anywhere else when I open MM15. The tutorial video which should be installed with pack one doesn't play, so I don't think any of the content packs are being recognised by the programme. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem reccurs. What can I do to get MM15 to recognise the content packs?
Any help gratefully received

They need to be installed in exact order from 1 to 4.

If that doesn't work try re-setting the Sounpool by doing this:

In the Welcome screen (when you first start Music Maker) click on Settings

Go to the General Tab and click Reset Sounpool button.

Report back

I've found the best thing to do is to delete and then reload the soundpools.

First, open MM-15.  Then, go to File > Settings > Program Settings OR simply hit the 'Y' key. Make sure the "Use Installed Soundpool Even After Reset" box is NOT checked and click on the "Reset Soundpool" button.

The soundpool should now be empty. Close the pop-up by clicking OK.

Click on "Add Styles" at the bottom of the arranger. Go to folder...C:\Program Files\MAGIX\Basics_15...and click OK. It should then load all of the soundpools contained in the Basic_15 folder.
