Content Catalogue not working? Servers Down?

Chris-Wakefield wrote on 6/8/2022, 7:11 AM

I use this software for work, I pay and rely on some of the features, today I cannot open any content from the content catalogue, I get a webbrowser window with a navigation cancelled error and the following message.

I've tried resetting some IE settings, rebooting PC, and the problem occurs on both desktop and my laptop systems.

Please help.

Hello, welcome

You could try restarting your pc again.

Try opening a couple of times.

I believe Magix are aware of issue.

If issue persists please contact infoservice@magix.net

Hi,

Keep trying. It's intermittent and a server problem, not a problem with the program.

This is the message that one usually gets:

When you have the chance, make sure to Download All under each of the catagories in the Local Design Gallery. That way you will not have to use the Online Content Catalog and you have the content even after your one-year Update Service period expires.

If you can't get in soon and after trying several times, raise a ticket with Magix. They are aware of the problem but can't seem to track it down.
