Can anybody tell me how to activate my content in photostory? I hit the activate my content and it says my serial number doesn't exist.

Exactly which content are you wanting to activate? My recollection is that the serial number/activation key is needed to fully install and run the app., after which any and all additional content can be downloaded, installed and run, without additional activation.
From where are you obtaining your serial number, which you say you are told doesn't exist? Please don't post the actual number here, but just tell us its source.
Also, exactly which version of PS do you have? You can check under Help>About.

The new version I just bought it this morning. Photo s.tory 2021 deluxe. I bought it from the website and the serial number is in my e-mail. I downloaded and installed all the content but I don't see anything more than the trial version

When you start the program a dialog should open as shown below.
Did you see this and go through the Activate with serial number option and activation process as shown in the second image?
If so did the activation go to completion, ie a dialog will popup requesting the program be allowed to make changes to the program, this will complete the process, or did the activation process hang at some point?

Hi,
If you downloaded and installed the additional content, then you have activated the full version and you have the content. The screen doesn't look any different, but you have more content if you know where to look for it. Do you know where to look for content?
I presume that the trial version will say PhotoStory ...Trial version or something like that at the very top left of the screen.
What do you see under Help, About? If you see your serial number, then the program is activated.
Just to check for content, under Help, click on Free Download (at least that is what I have in my older version). If this is what you downloaded and installed, then you have everything.
If everything is indicated as installed under Description, you have everything.
Look at the Name column. If you click one by one, you'll see a description of what is included at the box at the bottom for most of the items.

John I don't know who you are but thank you so much. I do have it activated and all the content installed. It took me all day to find some of it. I think I got it. Thank you so much for your time now so very cool.
