You can copy between different windows. Mark one of your projects, press Ctrl+C (Copy) and change to the other window. Place the cursor at the end of project, and press Ctrl+V (Glue in). Change between windows with Ctrl+F6.
Hope this is a help !

You can copy content between two open movies of one project, as asoeli explained. There have also been dedicated functions in the more recent versions of Movie Edit Pro to combine movies/projects easily. In Movie Edit Pro 15, go to "File" => "Manage movies" => "Add movie". This will enable you to attach a movie to the current movie that is either already loaded in your project (in which case you can select it from a drop-down list) or which can be located on and imported from the hard drive (saved *.MVD file).
