@garfen

At which precise point in the Export process do you see the error message? Are you able to export your project in any format? Which Export format are you selecting?

Which version of PS do you have?

Sorry to ask so many questions but we really do need to know a lot more about what you are doing!

Hello Jeff. Thank you for the reply. I am using Photostory 2023. My photo's are in the tiff format. The audio is in wav format. On returning home I have tried it again, and the codec problem has disappeared. So maybe operator error. I now have another problem. When I click on Share-share online-youtube/flikr, it tells me mixing down (hardware encoding), then I get the following. Screenshot. You may need to zoom to see it. What do you think.

Best regards Terry.

@garfen

Hi

Try exporting the video using File, Export, Video as MPEG-4 and then upload this to YT /Flicker, or wherever you are wanting to upload to, using the sites own uploader.

Hello John. I will carry out your suggestion. The video is 8minutes 15 seconds long and 1.56gb. Do you think that maybe a problem? Best regards Terry.

Hello Jeff and John. Thanks so much for your help with this. Much appreciated. John. I did as you suggested File, Export, MPEG-4. Saved it onto my desktop, then used youtube to upload it. Worked. Stress relieved. Best regards Terry.

Hi Terry

The file length should not be an issue, the problem is with connecting to the servers of the site.

The issue could be with your computer internet settings or firewall, or the site has changed their authentication protocols.

We advise using the sites own uploader where possible - it also gives you chance to check the export before uploading.

Pleased to hear you have been successful in uploading.
