CODEC fo r video deluxe 15 plus

I want to download or to order online the MPEG-2-MPEG-4 - IMPORT DOLBY DIGITA 2 E DOLBY DIGITAL 5.1 codec but there is no options on the help menu which lead to this. I have the programme VIDEO DELUXE 15 PLUS.
Where can i find the link in the programm, or what can i do?
HELP.

In Video Deluxe 15 when I import an AVI file, the arranger shows only de Video Track, and I have no sound playing the file. It is the same with all my AVI files.
What can I do?
