@james-erwin Enter your e-mail and the correct serial number. Maybe it helps if you temporarily disable your firewall or Windows Defender in case they block internet access.

Hi

Error code -24 means the serial number has already been registered to another email address, if you have just re-installed you need to use the email address with which it was originally registered.
