OK thanks but I didn't buy this at a store and it even has both serial number and email check marked but I still get the same issue. Do you know of any phone number or email so I can fix it?

When you say you didn't buy this at a store, where did you buy it? If we know the exact source of the purchase we may be able to help further.

Without this information it is almost impossible to suggest an email address to you and there is no telephone support.
