Changing the Track Name in the Mixer Window

Has anyone else had this problem?

When I try to change the track name while in the mixer window, for some reason Samplitude doesn't fully recognize I am trying to change the name of a track, and instead will use the keybinds associated with that key. For example, in the picture you can see that I have the track name selected and I want to change the name of the track to "Rain FX"

But when I press "R" it instead disregards that I am trying to type a name and instead pulls up the Recording Options window. (Shift + R)... I didn't want the recording options window I just wanted a capital R 😫

@Austin-Fitch Hmm, I can only open the Recording Options if I'm not editing the textfield. This means I can type SHIFT+R fine. I'm using Pro X5 on Windows 10. I would suggest you also aks in the offical Samplitude Forum at https://community.samplitude.com

@SP. Thank you, I’ll give the other forum a try. I didn’t have this issue on ProX5, just since my upgrade to ProX7 on windows 11.
