Changing Snap or Grid settings in Edit mode MEP 14

Hi All,
In edit (timeline) mode, is it possible to set the increments for moving the start and end markers at less than 0.01 seconds. I want to cut a video at a certain point to align with a separate audio track which is between the 0.01 sec markers of the video. Any ideas?

If you move around an object in timeline mode, the increments also depend on the zoom level. Just use the zoom options and plus sign in the lower, right-hand corner of your MEP window to zoom into the arrangement at the position where you need to do the "fine-tuning". At one level you will definitely be able to move an object by single frames, which is as accurate as it gets.
