Sure....why not?  We haven't been bombarded with questions by people who've had a problem doing so.

Provided that you un-install it from your XP machine before installing on your Windows 7 machine (assuming that's what you intend to do - you didn't say).  If you've exceeded your allotment of three installs, you may need to contact MAGIX for a new authorization code.
