Can't install on my new computer...

Video easy Rescue Your Videotapes! (Version 9.0)

registered 11.09.2019 on the old computer I no longer have with me(trash)

I'm trying to install that Video easy Rescue Your Videotapes! (Version 9.0) on the new compter with Windows 10 Family.

I have the same registration number and same email. But when I try to active on the software I get a NO CONNECTION TO INTERNET NOTICE... I check and internet is working and even tried to stop my firewall.

What can you do ?

Thanks!

@kevin-belisle

Hi Kevin and welcome to the user to user support forums.

Sorry for the late reply, I assumed someone would reply to you sooner.

First, this is a user only forum. There are no Magix staff here to answer questions.

Second, the users here can't help with this as it needs a Magix support staff member.

So your only option is to send a support ticket to them via their internal system on this website.

I have found the link here although sometimes putting a link to that page may not work.

If you don't see the page I have posted in the image below when you click on the link (work in blue) then you will have to navigate the SUPPORT structure you see above this thread yourself until you find it.

Sorry for the wait.

Ray.
