@Tomas-Svensson

Hi Thomas and welcome to the user to user forums.

Not many here use Video Saver, being mainly Movie Edit Pro or Video Pro X users, so there may be some guesswork with anyone's answers here.

I think maybe the reason you have not had a reply yet is the unusual message you are getting. We would expect the program to ask you to change your audio settings from 192000Hz to 48000Hz which would be more conducive to video editing needs and a more likely scenario.

If the above is indeed correct, then the settings would have to be changed within Windows as the operating system may have chosen the highest performing sampling rate as it scanned your audio chip on your motherboard.

Those settings would have to be changed manually in Windows.

How to do that may be slightly different depending which version of Windows you are using.

If you can get to the Windows Settings \ Sound \ Sound control Panel and open it, all of the various inputs and outputs can have their sampling and bit depth changed individually there. Make sure all inputs and outputs that are in use are altered. Playback and Recording.

The above image comes from my computer using Windows 10.

Ray.
