CANT BURN TO DVD

Im trying to burn my slideshow (photostory 2018) on Windows 10 PC and keep getting a message that activation is required for the medium DVD - activate online - but nothing happens. Is there anyway to do this manually

Hi and welcome to the forum.

We need more information:

Is there another dialog box hidden under the Photostory main pane?
At what point does the message popup ie as soon as you click the Burn icon, select the type of disc, start the actual burn?
Are you changing any of the burn settings?
Can you post a screenshot to the error message.
Which antivirus/firewall program are you using?
