Cannot register, or contact support as I am instructed

I paid for upgrade for Xara. Removed the old version, installed v17. I cannot register, activate or get anything to work. It tells me I have exceeded my limit and to contact Majix. Making that happen is seemingly impossible, there are like 15 things to do to get there. I tried to leave a message for help on Facebook and it was, of course, removed. My company is (or is that was?) about to load all the computers with Xara. I will return all the copies and seek refunds if I cannot get the most basic of customer service. I have spent HOURS coming at this every way I could, followed every instruction. I am supposed to contact customer service. Please tell me how? Why can I not just email support? I paid for the product. I would appreciate some assistance.

These are user to user forums so there really is very little point in ranting here. 😇 No Magix staff regularly visit or post here.

Two suggestions for making contact with Magix staff: 1, go to this page, log in and raise a ticket with Sales; or 2, email infoservice@magix.net and ask for their assistance.

Bearing in mind that today is Christmas Eve, that Magix is a German company and that Germany is currently subject to quite stringent coronavirus measures, with stafff working from home, it may take some time for you to receive a direct reply.

Do you have a P3 activation code?

Did it come with the upgrade?

Why are you registering if you are just getting an upgrade? You only need to register for a new account. When you purchased the upgrade, you would have had to log in to your account.

Why did you remove the old version? I think that Xara does this when the upgrade is installed. You don't need to do it.

If you have a P3 activation code, go into your account at Magix.com, My Products, and deactivate any devices that are shown there. Then you should be able to activate.
