I recorded over 100 songs with the original magix music maker. I upgraded to magix music maker 10 and haven't been able to record anything. I'm so defeated and unable to do anything since.
Next, open Music Maker and navigate to File > Settings > Program Settings > Audio/MIDI. Here select an ASIO driver, for example the Music Maker ASIO driver. Click on the Advanced button to open the ASIO driver settings. Here select your audio input and audio output and set the ASIO sample buffer size to a reasonable value, for example 512 samples.
Close the settings and click on the red REC button in the track header until it shows AUDIO REC to record audio and MIDI REC to record MIDI.
