Hello, please need help

i cannot install Web Designer Premium v19

i am using windows 11. i just purchased it because i see on Specifications that i can use it on Windows 11.

It stays on 0% progress. and nothing happens.

please help.

Please try to disable temporarily your anti virus software, firewall and windows defender and try again.

Hello

Check you Antivirus/Firewall is not blocking the program from accessing the Internet.

Also try right clicking exe file and "Run as administrator"

this fix the issue.
