Cannot import photos

I am using Magix PhotoStory De Luxe

Serial No P3-Serial number removed by Moderator

I cannot access My Photos.

I cannot find any way of getting into my folders. It worked OK originally but I do not know how it changed in this way. I have directory structures shown in the bottom half of the media box but it is not possible to open them.

Should I uninstall and re-install to get back to the original verion?

I Have solved the problem by resetting Programme settings to default under Settings.

Never post serial numbers, order numbers email addresses or any other personal/confidential information in the forum - this is the quickest way of losing control of your product.
