OK, so I bought the VideoSaver here in Europe as I want to transfer my US HI8 tapes. I have earlier successfully used a Win7 kit but as there are no drivers available for Win10. I am running Win10 64-bit on a Lenovo T500.
At any rate, I have a US 110V Samsung HI8 recorder/player XD3500 fed with a HI8 tape, recorded in NTSC format. I am selecting every possible input format from NTSC through Secam, but only getting audio and occasionally a flickering B/W picture.
What else can I try?
