XARA web design software purchased from Best Buy. Sent link to download. Was asked to input a "voucher code". No "voucher code" was ever provided to me. Trying to contact support is an exercise in futility and madness, leading one down an infinite rabbit hole. Terrible support.

Since you purchased the item from BestBuy it is to them that you should be directing your anger! Magix will have NO record of your purchase, and hence no Magix account and so cannot supply you with any voucher code. The lack of that Magix account also means you cannot contact Magix Support.
You need to check carefully ALL the content of the email you received with the link and, if there is nothing of help there, immediately contact BestBuy and ask them for this voucher code.
