Cannot connect New Blue to Movie Studio after moving to new laptop

I cannot connect New Blue to Movie Studio 2022 after moving to new laptop. The code I was given to use when I first made the purchase no longer works when I try to connect now - saying it's already been redeemed. Maybe I'm not doing it right because it's been some time since I first made the purchases and installed them previously. But basically, I was able to install and register/activate both Movie Studio and the New Blue suite onto the new laptop with no issues. But I need the stylizers/filters/titler connected to my Movie Studio.

This would suggest you are trying to redeem a voucher/coupon code for the NB plugin - this you can only use once, however you should have a received a serial number once the voucher has been redeemed.

You may also be able to find your NB serial number in your accout at NewBlue that you created on first activation.
