Cannot access the Text to Speech feature

Hi

Just installed MM2024 Ultimate and wanted to try out the text to speech features, but when I go to the hub and click the text to speech button, the hub screen clears and nothing happens. What am I needing to do to use this feature?

If I still need to subscribe how do you do that? Can find no-where in MM or Magix website about buying a subscription for this service if it is not included, most frustrating.

Which program do you have - you have posted in the Magix Movie Studio section of the forum, however you say you have MM 2024 ie Music maker.

Movie Studio does not have an Ultimate edition, however ti does have the Magix Hub and a Text to Speech feature.

Music Maker does have an Ultimate edition and a text to Speech feature, however does not have the Magix Hub.

Thanks for the clarification.

Check that the computer Antivius/Firewall is not blocking the program executables videodeluxe.exe and msedgewebview2.exe from accessing the Internet. The latter is a Windows component that the program uses to access the Internet.

How you check this depends on your AV/Firewall

The Text to Speech facility is available only if you have the Subscription version of either Magix Movie Studio or Video Pro X.

Since you have only recently installed MS2024 (so presumably a very recent purchase) you should be able to contact Magix at infoservice@magix.net to request cancellation and refund of your purchase and to change to the Subscription, either monthly or annually payment.
