Cannot access Online Content Catalogue

Like other posts I've read this morning, I've just upgraded from v18.5 to v19 and....cannot access the online content catalogue. I want to start work on two new websites so a template to start was my intention. Do I say no more to Xara or do I wait for a fix lol! Feeling let down. Away to make a bacon sandwich to cheer me up...

It's a known timeout problem. Just keep trying.

Download all content whenever it works.
