Cannot access any sound files

Ok, I just purchased and installed Magix Music Maker 17 after using the downloaded version for a few days. I did not purchase it through the trial version, I purchased it on amazon.com. When I go to select any sound file, the message that keeps popping up is:

"The file c:/users/public/documents/Magix_Music_maker_Download_Version/basics_17/HipHopVol.12/Vocals Rap/Raps_1_Chorus A.OGG' has been deleted or moved and cannot be used."

Prior to installing the paid version, the program instructed me that I had to delete the trial version in order to install it. So I deleted the trial downloaded version, installed the purchased version and now I cannot access any sound files and I keep getting that message. I tried following the PDF I saw on this forum to fix this issue but after moving the folder to my music, it still gives me the same message on any sound file I click on. My OS is windows 7.

**Another thing I should mention is that I just installed the purchased version on my work computer and the sound files play perfectly, just not on the laptop where I had the trial version at**

Can someone please help? Thanks

Hmm, maybe uninstall from the laptop, then go to the Magix support website and get the Magix Cleaner.

run that after you have uninstalled, once it has completed, re-install the Music Maker. Maybe that will make a difference.

Thanks. I just did the steps you posted and it still gave me the same message after clicking on differenent sound files. I just think its wierd that it works on my work computer but not my laptop. It seemed like th cleaner would erase anything still there from the trial download but its still the same error.
