Cancellation of our Contract/Subcription

Hi,
Please help us to cancel our subscription/ contract to magix software, there is an amount deducted from our card and we cannot retrieve also our username and password. I already emailed to infoservice@magix.net and shop@magix.net.

We want to resolve this as soon as possible.

@Grace-Anives You did the right thing and contacted the correct e-mail address. Now you need to wait until customer support handled your request.

Be aware, that you usually need to cancel two weeks or one months before the contract ends (re-read your contract for specifics). Otherwise the charge is completely valid.
