Can you do Greenscreen?

I was wondering if you could do green screen
Like have a green screen behind the person when filming
then on Movie Edit Pro 15 put in a movie/picture
for the background? so the real background is not
showing. if you can please tell me how

It has to do with Chroma Key, I am still working on it but i do know that you need to have good lighting and a darker color blue (not pale or too dark but bright) Youtube has a lot of tutorials
