Can't watch video, only hear audio when I want to digitize from VHS

I have Rescue Your Videotapes 8.0

When I connect video, video does not appear, but you can hear audio.

Scart plugs in and the sound works fine, but not video. Do I need to change the setting in 'user defined': resolution, frame rate and ratio (questioning)

I am having the same problem. Picture appears on computer fine but disappears when I click on 'transfer to video'

First, my apologies that no-one has replied to your posts! I suspect the reason for this is that no-one really knows the answer.

The only suggestion I can make is that you raise a Support Ticket with Magix (via the Support button in the header of any forum page). They have software tools that can provide their support engineers with a full diagnostic of your system and so, hopefully, enable them to offer you possible solutions to the problem.
