Hi. We try to do every step that they've told us to do in the manual, but when we want to upload the video, nothing comes up. The USB is correctly plugged in, but we can't seem to get the video to pop up on the screen. I've also seen on youtube that a lot of people get the options named Composite and S-video when they're on the third step. I don't get this, instead, I only get to choose my USB device, but other than that, nothing else shows. What should I do?
