@Olaf-Mantik This is just a user forum. We are all just users like you. If you want help from us, you need to describe the exact problem you encountered, the software you want to use and error messages. It could also be beneficial to tell us your computer specifications, used hardware, Windows version etc.

Thanks for the reply. My major issue is that there is no way to talk to anyone. Neither phone or chat. At least not hat I could see, hence my comment. Luckily I got it straightened out after about 70 minutes.
