I just bought Xara Designer Pro X 18. After I installed it and activated it successfully, I then downloaded and install its content but fail. It kept saying, " to execute this installation, you must install Xara Designer Pro x first." But I already did installed it. Without the content, the program has no webpages for me to work with. What should I do? Should I get a refund? Below is the error message and my proved of activation
