Do you usually see an indication of something being downloaded? Have you looked in the location where the files are stored? Have you exceeded your limit? Yes, there are limits depending on the version of the software you've bought.

You can see how many more assets you can download when you go to your Profile in Magix Hub. I have unlimited 4K because of my Vegas Pro 22 365 subscription and even a perpetual license for Vegas Pro 22.

Hi

Check if the downloads are in the folder specified in the Program settings, Folders tab, Magix Hub option.

If they are, close Movie Studio and perform a full restart of you computer Windows button, Power button, Restart not a shutdown and start up.

Check that the downloads appear in the Import tab, Magix Hub option.
