I have a H.P. with an intel i-3 processor, 4 gigs ram, windows 7.  I just got MM 16 premium..  I cant seem to be able to use my M-audio fast track pro.   When I go into the sound setting on my Computer  the only place i can tell the system to use the m-audio in in the midi section... All the options in playback and record are the default settings...  So when I open MM16 i don't have the m-audio as an option....  HELP!  the wife is already pissed i bought it  and if i don't get it working soon it'll get worse...

Have you installed the latest driver???  The one that came with the unit may not be compatible with Windows 7.

Install the latest driver and then check the devices in the recording settings in the Control Panel (Sound...) and in MM-16

We must remember that MMM is not a true DAW (digital audio workstation) and there may be things it cannot do, that's assuming it's even possible in a real DAW.

In MM-15, the Amp Simulation is described as an "audio effect".  My guess is that none of the audio effects are playable in real time.  They can only be applied to existing objects in the arranger.

Perhaps someone else can confirm this?
