Can't Find Serial number

Hello,

 

I have been experiencing difficulties with the software so I have reinstalled it due to Error code:59. I have managed to restart the programme however, it is stating that I have to input a serial number ("located inside the packaging or on the back of the CD/DVD sleeve"). I unfortunately don't have the packaging anymore and can't seem to find it anywhere on the back.

Could anyone help me regarding this issue please? I have attached an image below.

Hi

Check in your account at magix.com, login in using the Account login icon top right of the home page using the emil address and password you used to register the software - under My Products you should see your registred software with serial number and a download link.
