Can't find html added to wbsite

Xara Web designer Premium 11
Windows 7
8 GB

Some time ago I added a web tracker to a web page..
I now want to delete that tracker code from my website but i can't remember how or where I added it.
I created the site using xara web designer premium 11. I looked in the 'page and layer gallery' in xara web designer with no success finding a placeholder for that code.
I created a test version of the site and even deleted all elements except for the menu. When I uploaded this test page I looked at the web page html code using the browser shortcut 'ctrl + u'. Since I deleted many layers.. I thought that would delete the tracker code.

Q: How can I find and delete this code.? The website was saved then uploaded using Xara Web designer. The tracker code is not added after publishing the xara.web file.

To view the webpage html code online I use the shortcut 'ctrl + u'. The tracker code resides at bottom of each web page as the last item of code above <Body><html>.

I compared other pages I made with xara web designer and code is usually not located where I see this tracker code.

(FYI - this tracker is not malicious.. it just show when visitors visit my page).

Does anyone have any suggestions how to find or delete this mystery code. Obviously I added it at one time, but now can't find a way to locate and delete it using my xara web designer..???

The last lines of the page code look like this...

Thanks in advance for help with this mystery.

Hi

. . . . How can I find and delete this code.? The website was saved then uploaded using Xara Web designer. The tracker code is not added after publishing the xara.web file. . . . .

In Web Designer the html for the tracker is probably in a Placeholder at the bottom of the page that you are tracking - locate this and remove the placeholder. then republish the site.

I find it helpful to use keep a log of changes and where that have been made, can save a lot of time looking for items you added/deleted /moved.
