Hi there, are you unable to choose this in the download manager that appears, or does your internet connection keep breaking down? If you can still tick it, you should be able to download and install it ok. However, don't be surfing the web or doing anything else in the internet whilst downloading, to ease the process.  Cheers, M o' L.

If the download manager says "no answer" it is still downloading in the background. This is a problem magix is working on at the moment. Some of the content packs are quite big, which is why the download might take a while.
