A fresh and activated installation, on a new Windows 11 PC, of a fully paid up Designer Pro X.
I can search the downloadable content, but any attempt download anything gets nowhere. I select 'import', and then always get an error window that says "Unable to download file xxxxxx.jpg. Please check your internet connection."
I have deleted, reinstalled and reactivated Pro X once already, and still no joy. Nothing else about my PC or my other software has any problems accessing the internet.
Suggestions and/or solutions welcome.
