Can't burn / export

Using Photostory Deluxe Ver 16.1.1.46 (UDP3)

Win 10 Home

AMD- A10-5745M APU with Radeon HD graphics 2.10 GHz

8 gb ram

64 bit x 64 processor

Trying to export my photostory (tried DVD / MPS / WMV)

They all get stuck and become non-responsive. (at 28%)

Here is the crash log.

What do I do now???

That would suggest that there is something on the timeline at this point which could be causing the issue.

In timeline mode are there any particular changes eg change of file format, first occurrence of a particular image,video, or audio format, effects, collages etc at about 28% into the timeline?

Have you tried restarting, Windows button, Power, Restart ( not shut down and then power up) the computer and exporting again?

Is there sufficient hard drive free space on the C: drive for Photostory to be able to export to?

Is this a laptop/notebook? If so check that it is not overheating.
