Can't bring up the inn app store

The store doesn't show up on the task bar its like its not installed. Using Windows 10 photostory 2018 just purchased what do I do

The 'task bar' should look like this with the indicated icon being the store.

If yours does not look like this please post a screen shot of what you do have.

Also check that you are on the current version - under Help, About . . . your version number should be 17.1.3.142, if your version is a lower patch number than this try updating online.
