@Sebastian-AMaziuk

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and confidential data, like your order number, should never be posted here.

There is a limit to the number of simultaneous activations allowed for Magix software, usually 2.

To remove any unused activations and so enable you to reactivate VPX do the following:

  1. Go to your Magix account.
  2. Log in and go to My products
  3. Find the listing for your version of Video Pro X and click on Show more details.
  4. Find the current activations list and deactivate any and all you no longer use
  5. Allow a few minutes for the change to process through the Magix servers and then try again to run and activate Video Pro X on your computer.
