I have a second, backup system disk running windows 8 on my computer so that I can boot to it in case of any problems with my main windows 10 SSD. Most of my software is authorized with iLock, CodeMeter and a USB stick. Sound Forge and SpectraLayers are the only important ones that authorize to a system disk.
Welcome Mr. Olhsson a follower (and admirer) here.
I have two Soundforge 11 authorizations running on the same laptop. One on Win 7 for my musical tasks exclusively, and the 2nd on Win 8.1 for the daily duties, both 64 bits. Both behave perfectly well. In fact I have just installed build 345, which is signed by Magix with no problem on sight.
