Can someone help with 2 problems?

I have 2 strange problems. When I installed Soundpool 16, first off, it didn't install the BPM.inf file so now I can't see the BPM or bar length of any of the files. Second, I can't figure out where it saved the soundpool files. I tried going to the directory that it said it saved it to but it doesn't exist. I was thinking about putting the file in manually but the files aren't there. Someone please help. This is frustrating. I paid $40 for this. I just want it to work.

Try putting it in again and either import or load it in It took me a minute to figure it out. hope one of these helps

What OS do you have - if its Vista, my first recommendation is to move to Windows 7.

Try completely removing it manually and thereafter re-install. it should work.

I have windows 7. And as I said, I re-installed it several times. It didn't work.
