Confusing ! 

Which software are you using Studio 15 or Studio 2013?

If you have the download version - have you downloaded all the free extras for the program which includes more synthesizers, soundpools etc.

If you are using Studio 15 on Windows 8 then you may find you will have problems ie some parts of the software  not functioning correctly.
