Can not see the Title text when I am creating menu

I have picked the "Earth" menu template. When I click on menu preview I do not see the title. Where is it?

Is that what you intend to do?

Click the upper left button (in German=Gestaltung), then the picture above will show up, left click in the red frame to open it for text editing and enter Your Title. Then the text could be moved to a position you like...
