Yes but it is not a good idea. See the Magix site and read the fine print for Web Maker. It says that Website Maker is technologically bound to Magix web-hosting service. It's possible to publish Website Maker websites with other providers too, but this will merely be virtual web hosting.

I suggest that you use Magix Xara Web Designer 9 or 10. Look at the features, in detail, and look at the user forum at www.talkgrapics.com to see how others are using the program.
