Can I use elastic audio while I record, so that I can hear myself while I sing? Or can I only use it after recording?

Hi,

In Music Maker as far as I know, no live effect is possible, in this case elastic audio.

You have to use it after recording.

Additional if you can play synthesizer you should get one with Vocoder then you can record. But Vacoder and Elastic audio will be slightly different thing.
