Yes, you can.  I've done so myself.  However, since it is still protected by copyright, I cannot share it with you.

Breaking it up and adding things to it is relatively simple.  Trying to remove selected bits is much more difficult, and possibly impossibe with MMM.....unless you have access to the original multi-track recording.

The karaoke feature can remove vocals to some extent with some source materials.  Isolating a certain instrument like the guitar may be all but impossible.  You'd probably have to re-record it as a separate track.

But....give it a shot.  You don't know until you try.
